Dear valued Clients and Partners,
With the evolving Covid-19 crisis, the health and safety of our employees, clients, partners and all associated is our top priority at BEE123. To achieve this, BEE123 employees will be working remotely as of Monday 23 March.
We do however understand that it’s vital to ensure that we minimize the disruption of our service and are therefore fully enabled to conduct our business virtually, such that you will not experience a decline in service. We have therefore taken a number of proactive measures to ensure that our day-to-day operations continue uninterrupted:
Infrastructure and Availability
All our infrastructure has been set up to ensure uninterrupted service, with all of our phone lines and emails running as normal.
All of our staff remain contactable and available to assist at any time as before (on their same email addresses and phone numbers), whether it be for support, sales or any other assistance.

Training, Advisory and Sales Sessions
In the circumstances, we have decided that face-to-face client interaction is to go on hold for the time being. We will, of course, continue to provide you with the best service possible remotely via video technology. All Training, Implementation, Advisory and Sales sessions will, therefore, continue as planned, via video platform.
